My Squirrels

These are the pictures of a family of squirrels that I have

been watching over for a few years now.

This is my favorite spot! This is Prini. She was the first squirrel to come to us.

She loved to stretch out and relax on our railing Ahh, this feels good!

after a day of finding food for her family!!! She was very gentle & loved her little ones.

Mmmm this is good! Squirrels love water, so I put out a little bowl for them to drink from.

Occasionally, I am late putting out the water. Hey! Where are you?

So, now & then, I get a knock on the back door to remind me!!!

Hello? Hello? These little guys are very persistant---and cute too!

REMEMBER---Never try to touch a squirrel!!! As cute as they are, they can bite

you! Even my squirrel family can still get very nasty sometimes, so please be careful!!!

This guy is very special to me. I'm a happy little squirrel!

His nickname is "Little Blind Guy". When he was a baby, another

squirrel and he got into a fight, blinding his left eye.

I love crackers! This is a better shot of his bad eye.

He is a lot better at getting around now, (this happened about 2 years ago).

And as you can see, he loves his Ritz crackers!!!

Now, he's one of my older squirrels and takes care of the little ones---YEA Little Blind Guy!
